On behalf of the Head Start community, National Head Start Association Executive Director Yasmina Vinci submitted written testimony to the Senate Committee on Appropriations’ Subcommittee on Labor, Health & Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies regarding funding for Head Start and Early Head Start in FY19. The National Head Start Association requested that the Subcommittee allocate $10,810,095,000 for programs within the Office of Head Start.
