For parents nationwide, child care is a basic need, and often a critical barrier for those who seek to enroll in and complete postsecondary education. The National Head Start Association and the Association of Community College Trustees have partnered to develop to create a resource guide to assist users in establishing a partnership between Head Start and community colleges.
