OHS Procedures and Timelines

We listened to local leadership and heard the concerns about inconsistencies and a lack of transparency related to critical OHS procedures and timelines. Together with leadership from the Office of Head Start, we have some clarity on: fiscal and administrative flexibilities; 1303 applications; post award amendments; and other items of concern.
