The purpose of this course is to support leadership in fostering a positive workplace by aligning HR practices with organizational values, guiding career development, promoting ethical behavior, resolving ethical dilemmas, defining integrity’s forms, and applying a structured framework for ethical decisions considering legal, policy, moral, and fairness dimensions, and lastly, conducting fair performance evaluations, manage conflicts of interest, and reduce negative gossip to maintain ethical standards and trust within the workplace.
