Info Session: Family Service Certification Info Session

Members from NHSA’s The Academy team provided a one-hour information session to explore the Family Service Certification, a requirement from the Head Start Program Performance Standards. In this recording, you will meet our reviewers and learn about the process of building a portfolio. Two certificate graduates share their experience about completing the credential and let you know that you can do it too! We also share information about the learning platform candidates use and the support that is provided to candidates as they work through the competencies. The end result is a certification that meets the qualification requirements laid out in the Head Start Performance Standards for family service staff, and an achievement of which you can be very proud.
