Head Start Town Hall Toolkit

Town halls are a great opportunity to engage your members of Congress and promote what your program is doing on behalf of the children and families in your community. They are a forum to have a constructive, honest discussion about how to improve. NHSA’s Head Start Town Hall Toolkit provides guidance for attending in person and call-in town halls, including talking points for Head Start parents and directors, teachers, and staff.

⭐  The Town Hall Toolkit now includes Early Head Start talking points for directors, staff, and parents. For additional messages, facts, and figures on Early Head Start, please see NHSA’s Early Head Start Advocacy Toolkit.
